Coins and Rewards Terms

These terms form part of the App Terms of Use and govern CuroInsight coins, tiers and rewards (the “programme”), run by Quarkmind Private Limited (CuroInsight).

1. Coins

1.1 You earn coins for healthy actions set out in the app, for example attending your health check, steps on a counted day, a challenge, or a partner visit. The actions and coin values are shown in the app and may change.

1.2 Coins are added only after our checks. They may show as pending until then (for partner visits, until the month's statement closes without a dispute).

1.3 Coins have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for money or combined between accounts.

1.4 Coins expire 12 months after they are earned. All coins lapse on the day your access ends, for example when you leave your employer.

2. Tiers

Your tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) depends on coins earned in the last twelve months, not on spending. Tier benefits at partners are shown in the app. Tiers never reflect your health results.

3. Rewards

3.1 Rewards are offered by CuroInsight, partners or sponsors, while stock lasts. When you choose a reward your coins are held; the reward is used when you visit the partner and the visit is confirmed. Unused rewards are released after 30 days and the coins return to you.

3.2 The partner providing a reward is responsible for it. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Reversal and fraud

We may reverse coins, cancel rewards or suspend your participation if a visit is disputed, refunded or cancelled, activity or bills are false, or the programme is misused. If coins already spent are reversed, future coins are used to balance it.

5. Changes and ending

We may change or end the programme with thirty (30) days' notice in the app. Coins earned before the change are kept until they expire, unless the programme ends, in which case you can use them during the notice period.
