These terms govern your use of the CuroInsight Health app, the CuroInsight health card and the related WhatsApp and SMS services (together, the “Services”), provided by Quarkmind Private Limited (CuroInsight) (“CuroInsight”). By ticking "I agree" when you sign up, or by using the Services, you accept these terms and our Privacy Notice.

1. Who can use the Services

1.1 The Services are for employees of companies that have arranged them with CuroInsight (your “employer”), and later for individuals who subscribe directly. You must be at least 18 years old.

1.2 Your access depends on an active arrangement. If you leave your employer, or your employer's arrangement ends, the access it gave you ends on that date. Your account stays: you can ask us for a copy of your data, and access returns if you join another client or subscribe yourself.

2. Your account

2.1 You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. On a new phone, or after a long gap, we also ask for your employee code and year of birth. Keep your phone, codes and password to yourself; anything done with them is treated as done by you.

2.2 If several people share one phone, each person has their own profile and the app lock is required.

2.3 Tell us at once if you lose your phone or change your number (Me > Change my mobile number). We may sign out devices or pause your account to protect you.

3. Health information is not a diagnosis

3.1 Your reports are prepared by laboratories and reviewed by doctors. Explanations in the app, including those written with the help of the CuroInsight Intelligence Engine, which uses AI, explain doctor-reviewed results in plain language. They do not diagnose or replace advice from your doctor.

3.2 The Services are not for emergencies. In an emergency call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.

4. Partners

4.1 Hospitals, doctors, laboratories, chemists and wellness centres on our panel (“partners”) provide their own services, under their own responsibility, and bill you directly. CuroInsight arranges member discounts; it does not provide or guarantee the partners' services.

4.2 Show your health card when you visit. Partners see only that your card is valid, your discount and your tier, never your health information. Prescription medicines still need a valid prescription.

4.3 If a visit shown in the app was not yours, or the amount is wrong, report it from the app within thirty (30) days.

5. Coins and rewards

Coins and rewards follow the Coins and Rewards Terms, which form part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You will not: use another person's account or card; enter false activity or bills; copy, scrape or resell the Services; try to break their security; or use them unlawfully. We may suspend access and remove coins if you do.

7. Availability and changes

7.1 We work to keep the Services available but do not promise they will be uninterrupted. Features may be paused for maintenance or safety.

7.2 We may change these terms. We will tell you in the app before a material change takes effect, and ask you to accept the new version at your next sign-in.

8. Ending

You can delete your app account at any time in Me. Statutory health records your employer must keep are retained for the period the law requires, as the Privacy Notice explains.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, CuroInsight is not liable for indirect loss, or for the services of partners. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

10. Law and grievances

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
